Hi everybody :-)

We are looking for a roommate to move in with us october 1st, or later, in an apartment on Frederiksbjerg. The apartment is a large 4 room (3 bedroom + 1 livingroom) apartment with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The available room is 15 sqm and on the quiet side of the building. It has it's own balcony with morning sun, overlooking the beautiful privat park that belongs to the building.

We are two nice and social guys:

Eric is an Italian-American guy from Seattle. He is 29 years old, moved to Denmark in august and is a student at the conservatory. In his spare time he composes film-music and likes to play squash. Eric is married to a woman from Kazakhstan and is generally very community minded.

Tommy is 37 years old and is originally from the southern part of Denmark, but he's been living in Copenhagen for 11 years and just moved to Aarhus as well. He is currently working on a project and likes to be physically and politically active. Tommy is a social guy, who likes to go out to play pool and meet new people.

We are looking for a mature roommate, preferably a female (for balance), who would like to become part of a social, but non-comitted living arrangement. We both like to talk and hang out with a beer or coffee, but have to busy and irregular schedules to commit to daily dinners etc. You should be a considerate person (with cleanliness, noise, lights (energyconsumption), etc.) and an open communicator (to avoid conflicts). And you'd have to agree to take part in a cleaning rotation.

No smoking in the apartment and no incense, scented candles or heavy use of perfume.

Pets are not allowed.

Occasional social gatherings are ok, as long as it isn't every day, with a lot of people, noisy and until late at night ;-)

The additional 400 kr. a month are for WIFI, utilities (electricity, heat and water) and basics (toiletpaper, hand soap, detergent, etc.).
